Acceptable Use and Abuse

Last updated: 23 August 2026. This policy defines what you may not do with the Service, what we do when it happens, and how to report abuse. It forms part of the terms you accept by using the Service, together with the Legal Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

The Service provides access to uncensored language models. The absence of refusals is a deliberate property of the models; it is not a licence to use them unlawfully. This policy applies to all prompts, outputs, and downstream uses of the Service.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, solicit, facilitate, or attempt any of the following:

  • child sexual abuse material, or any sexual or sexualised content involving or appearing to involve minors;
  • planning, instruction, facilitation, or glorification of acts of violence, terrorism, or physical harm to any person;
  • instructions for the manufacture or use of weapons, explosives, or other means of causing physical harm;
  • fraud, phishing, social engineering, malware or exploit development, or unauthorised access to any system or data;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, or any sexual content depicting a real person without their consent;
  • harassment, stalking, defamation, doxxing, or threats directed at any person;
  • infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of a third party;
  • content that violates Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), including the practices prohibited by Article 5, such as manipulative or exploitative techniques causing significant harm;
  • deliberate disinformation campaigns intended to deceive the public on matters of health, safety, elections, or emergencies;
  • any other conduct prohibited by applicable law.

You may also not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission; circumvent rate limits or access controls; resell access except as agreed with us in writing; or use the Service in a way that degrades it for other users.

3. Enforcement

We do not monitor, read, or review prompts or outputs, and our systems do not retain them (see the Privacy Policy). Enforcement of this policy is therefore report-driven: we act on reports from users, hosting providers, payment processors, hotlines, and authorities, together with the evidence those reports supply and the account and usage records we hold. We also act on observable conduct that does not require reading content, such as rate-limit circumvention, resale, or attacks on the Service.

Where we reasonably believe on this basis that this policy has been breached, we may, at our discretion and without notice:

  • issue a warning;
  • throttle or restrict API access;
  • suspend the account pending investigation;
  • terminate the account permanently, without refund;
  • report the matter to competent authorities where the law requires or where we consider it necessary to prevent serious harm.

Suspected child sexual abuse material is always reported to the relevant authorities. Enforcement decisions take account of severity, intent, repetition, and cooperation.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse of the Service, email abuse@violentdelights.ai. Include as much as you can: what happened, when, any output or prompt material you have, and any account or technical identifiers you know. Do not forward illegal material itself; describe it and state where it appeared.

Reports may also come from hosting providers, payment processors, hotlines, or authorities, and are handled by the same procedure.

5. What Happens on a Report

  • We acknowledge reports within 72 hours.
  • We investigate using the evidence supplied with the report and the records we hold, which are limited by design (see the Privacy Policy: prompts and outputs are not stored beyond transient prefix caching, so we cannot retrieve the content of past requests).
  • Where a breach is found, we take one or more of the enforcement measures in section 3.
  • Where the law requires it, we notify authorities and preserve relevant records as directed.
  • We tell the reporter the outcome where we can lawfully do so.

6. Appeals

If your account was suspended or terminated and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the enforcement notice or email abuse@violentdelights.ai within 30 days, explaining why. A person not involved in the original decision reviews the appeal. The outcome is final within the Service but does not affect any legal rights you may have.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its stated revision date, is the version in force. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
